Who We Are

Welcome to Phys-X, where we specialize in Fitness Instructor Training in Vancouver and beyond. Our students range in age from 17-75, and we help them become certified instructors (BCRPA & other) in their chosen fitness discipline. If you’re looking to learn, have fun, and become employed in the fitness industry (or perhaps increase your skills for a better position), we’re here to make it happen.

Phys-X is one of Canada’s leading fitness training services in Vancouver. From our boutique fitness facility in North Vancouver , the Alchemy Wellness Center, we help people of all ages, and from all walks of life, become certified instructors across a wide variety of fitness and wellness disciplines. Whether you are a young lifeguard who wants to increase his or her skillset, a retired executive looking for a second career in fitness, or somewhere in between, we can help you.

We strive to make fitness instructor training accessible and simple. We’ve navigated the path for you, and present our courses as a complete service to getting you certified (BCRPA and other). We’re continually adding new courses, topics, and services, and make it a point to actively listen to our clients. If you have a suggestion or question, we’d be happy to speak to you – simply contact us here.
